Filters and Advanced Filter Options in the Database

Available Filters:

1. Status

   • Active tenders: Tenders that are still open for submission.

   • Closed tenders: Tenders whose submission deadline has passed.

   • Expected tenders: Tenders that are expected to be published again in the future.

2. CPV (Common Procurement Vocabulary)

   • Select specific product or service categories via a tree structure to refine your search. Each tender is linked to one or more CPV codes.

3. Keywords

   • Enter specific keywords to search in titles and descriptions of tenders.

   • Filter logic:

     • Contains: Shows results that include the keyword.

     • Excludes: Removes results that include the keyword.

4. Location

   • Filter by countries or specific regions, or select multiple locations using a tree structure or list.

5. Value

   • Set a minimum and/or maximum contract value for tenders.

   • There is also an option to include unknown values in your results.

6. Phase

   • Choose the current phase of the tender, such as:

     • Market consultation: Exploration phase.

     • Prior notice: Preliminary announcement.

     • Contract notice: Official tender publication.

7. Award Criteria

   • Set the desired balance between quality and price.

8. Type

   • Filter by type of contract:

     • Supplies: Product-related tenders.

     • Works: Construction or infrastructure projects.

     • Services: Service-oriented tenders.

9. Procedure

   • Select the tendering procedure, such as:

     • Open procedure: Anyone can submit.

     • Restricted procedure: Only invited parties may submit.

     • Dynamic purchasing system: Flexible system for suppliers.

10. Publication Date

    • Filter by the platforms where tenders were published, such as TenderNed, Negometrix3, TED, etc.

11. Expiration Date

    • Filter tenders by specific submission deadlines, for example within the next 7 days.

12. Contracting Authority

    • Filter by specific organizations that published the tender, such as governments or ministries.

13. Awarded Party

    • Search by suppliers who have won tenders to identify active companies in your field.

14. Document Scanner

    • Search within tender documents for specific keywords or relevant information.

15. Bookmarked

    • Filter tenders you have saved for later.

Advanced Filter Options:

The advanced filters offer extra flexibility when combining and applying filters:

1. Within one filter:

   • AND: Results must meet all selected conditions within that filter.

   • OR: Results may meet one or more of the selected conditions within that filter.

2. Across multiple filters:

   • AND: Results must meet all active filters.

   • OR: Results may meet one or more active filters.

3. Include unknown values:

   • Choose to include results with missing or unknown data (such as value or location) in your search results.
