Add and mark documents as proposals in an existing project
When you want to add documents to a project in Altura, you can easily upload them via the project page.
Upload documents

Open the project where you want to add the documents.

Go to the Documents tab.

Click Add document.

Drag and drop the desired files into the upload field or select a file from your computer.

Click Save to upload the files.
The documents will now appear in the project’s document list.
Mark documents as proposals
Some files are part of the final proposal. To use these proposals with Altura's AI features, you can mark them as proposals:

Click on the three dots next to the file you want to mark.

Select Mark as proposal.
The document will now have the status Proposal and will be included in the Library Inspiration feature in the Proposal Writer and in the Proposal Search.
