New: Project Document Management

We've completely rebuilt how documents are managed within projects. This release introduces a new folder-based file management system that gives you much more control over how project documents are organized.

• Folder support — Create folders and nested folder structures to keep your project documents organized.
• Drag-and-drop folder uploads — Drag entire folder structures from your desktop directly into a project. The folder hierarchy is preserved as-is.
• Multi-file uploads — Upload multiple files at once, with automatic duplicate detection to prevent accidental re-uploads.
• Cross-browser support — Folder and file uploads are fully supported on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on both Mac and Windows.

Improved: Proposal Search Performance

Proposal Search (and Library Inspirations in the Proposal Writer) is now dramatically faster. Searches that previously took over a minute now return results in under a second.

Improved: AI Summary

AI Summary on tender pages now works for single-page documents. The previous two-page minimum has been removed.

Improved: Document Processing

Our document processing pipeline has been upgraded with a new AI-powered processor, resulting in better accuracy when analyzing your documents.

Bug Fixes

• Qualification Tool — Fixed an error that occurred when deleting the first category in a qualification template.
• Project permissions — Users can no longer edit Project Tools and Project Information on public boards where editing rights are disabled.
• Bid Companion — Fixed a crash when clicking on the documents tab, and removed a trailing slash that appeared under document names.
• File uploads — Fixed an error ("Request Entity Too Large") that could occur when uploading large files.
