The “My Tasks” Overview

The My Tasks overview in Altura provides a clear and structured view of the tasks assigned to you

What do you see in the “My Tasks” overview?

All your tasks are displayed in a table with the following information:

  • Name: The title of the task.

  • Board: The project board where the task is located.

  • Column: The column within the board where the task currently sits.

  • Project: The project the task is linked to.

  • Deadline: The date and time the task must be completed.

  • Those involved: The people responsible for the task.


Features of the Overview

The My Tasks overview includes several useful features:

  1. Search

    • Use the search bar at the top to easily find a specific task by entering a keyword.

  2. Filter tasks

    • Use the dropdown in the top-right corner to filter by:

      • Incomplete tasks

      • Completed tasks

      • All tasks

  3. Sort and navigate

    • The overview is divided into pages. At the bottom, you can adjust the number of tasks shown per page and navigate through pages.


Tips for Use

  • Check your tasks regularly: Keep an eye on the overview to stay up to date with new tasks and approaching deadlines.

  • Use filters: Filter by incomplete tasks to quickly see what still needs to be done.

  • Focus on deadlines: Tasks with upcoming deadlines should be prioritized.
