Uploading Documents from Previous Proposals

This guide explains how to add old documents from previous proposals to Altura.

Creating a Project
First, we need to create a project so that the documents are correctly linked to the right tender.

If the tender is public:

  1. Find the tender for which you want to upload old documents in the database.
  2. Open the tender and click the Create Project button in the top right corner.
  3. Select an active board to add the project to.
  4. Click Approve to create the project.

If the tender is not public:

  1. Go to an active board.
  2. Click New Project in the top right corner.
  3. Enter the name of the project.
  4. Select the appropriate column for the project.
  5. Click Create Project.

Uploading Documents and Moving the Project to the Right Column

  1. Navigate to the board where you created the project.
  2. On the board, you can move the project to the appropriate column if needed. Do this by dragging the project to the correct phase. Then click on the project to go to the project page.
  3. Go to the Documents tab within the project page.
  4. Click Add Document and drag the desired files to the indicated field or select a file from your computer.
  5. Click Save to upload the files.

Marking a Document as a Proposal

  1. After uploading the files, you can mark them as a proposal if the document was part of the final proposal.
  2. Click on the three dots next to the file you want to mark and select Mark as Proposal.
