Using the Archive in New Opportunities

The Archive in New Opportunities gives you insight into all tenders that have already been processed, whether approved or rejected. This lets you easily review past decisions, including who handled them and when.

Where to find the Archive

On the New Opportunities page, click the three dots in the top-right corner and select Open archive.

You’ll then see an overview of all tenders that have been processed, grouped per opportunity list you follow.

What you’ll see in the Archive

Each tender in the archive includes:

  • Tender name

  • Contracting authority

  • Publication date

  • Processing date – when the opportunity was approved or rejected

  • User – who made the decision

  • Reason for rejection (if applicable)

  • Notes (optional, if added by the user)

At the top of the page, you can also see the total number of opportunities in that list.

Filtering in the Archive

To quickly find specific opportunities, you can use filters for:

  • Processing date

    • For example, choose Between to view a specific time period.

  • Status

    • Filter by Approved, Rejected, or All.

You can also use the search bar to find tenders by name.

Why the Archive is useful

The archive helps you:

  • Track decisions, who approved or rejected an opportunity, and why.

  • Review past tenders for evaluations or audits.

  • Identify patterns, such as recurring rejection reasons or contracting authorities that often publish relevant opportunities.
