Why can I only accept individual lots in New Opportunities?
When you see a tender in New Opportunities, it is possible that several lots are included under a single tender. Each lot is then loaded separately and therefore also forms a separate project if it is accepted. In this article, we discuss the reasons for this.
Why does it work this way?
-
Each lot has its own outcome. You can win on lot 1 and lose on lot 2. That is why you need to be able to archive them separately.
-
Award decisions can be uploaded on a lot-specific basis..
-
Transparency in the overview. By displaying each lot separately, you can keep track of what is happening with each part of the tender.
Can I still bundle the lots?
Yes! If you would rather see a bundle of projects, you can use project linking. This allows you to link individual projects together so that they are clearly arranged together.
