Commenting & Notifications in IBB (Intelligent Bid Book)
You can now leave comments directly on highlights and rows in IBB, making collaboration faster, clearer, and more contextual. Whether you're reviewing a requirement or clarifying a document highlight, everything stays where the work happens.
Commenting in IBB
You can add comments in two places:

On table rows (e.g. requirements, criteria, profiles)

On PDF highlights (text you’ve selected in a document)
A. How to Comment on a Table Row

Open a table in IBB.

Click on any row to open the detail panel.

Go to the Comments tab.

Type your comment and hit enter, or mention a teammate with
@name
.

Yes, the comment will still be visible to your team.
