Search and manage tenders in the database

Altura offers a comprehensive database of tenders published across major publication sources. Below you’ll learn how to search, filter, save, and sort tenders.

1. Where do you find the tenders?

  • Go to the Database → Tenders tab.

  • Here you’ll see an overview of all tenders available via different publication platforms.

  • Use the search bar to find a specific tender.

⚠️ Note: The search bar only looks in the title and description of a tender, not in the contracting authority.

2. How do you use filters?

To make your search more precise, beyond just the title and description, you can use the many filters available in the database.

See our article Filters and advanced filter options in the Altura Database to learn what each filter does and how to use them effectively.

3. Save a Search Profile

Once you’ve set the right filters, you can save them as a profile:

  • Click Save as search profile.

  • Give your search profile a name so you can easily find it later, then click Confirm.

  • You can find all saved profiles in the Search profile dropdown.

Want to update one? Select it from the dropdown, adjust your filters, and click Update search profile.

4. How do you save a tender?

Want to follow a specific tender? Click the flag icon in front of it.

This way:

  • You’ll be notified of updates about this tender.

  • You can find all saved tenders under the Bookmarked tab (top right).

💡 Tip: This is useful if you find a tender interesting but don’t currently have the capacity to participate. You can still keep track of developments.

5. Display and Sorting Options

You can adjust how tenders are displayed:

  • Click the dropdown in the top right to toggle between:

    • List view: Compact overview.

    • Card view: More detailed information about each tender.

  • Use the sorting options to organize the list by:

    • Publication Date.

    • Deadline.
